How many women will be in the cohort with me?A cohort can have up to 15 women. I am very intentional about keeping the cohort small and intimate so that you never feel like you have been thrown amongst 200+ strangers. I strongly believe that as women, we learn best in small intimate learning environments where we feel seen, heard and can take micro steps to build our confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions. You will also have access to lifelong growth circles in small groups to join other amazing high ambitions women in tech to share any challenge you face.
