I started at the very bottom in tech support and climbed all the way to the C-suite. I’ve sat in the rooms where real decisions get made about hiring, firing, promotions, and layoffs.

And what I’ve learned is this: Success as a woman isn’t about working harder than everyone else. It’s about understanding power, influence, access and how decisions actually get made.

Along the way, I’ve also built two successful companies of my own, both profitable from day one, without raising a single dollar of VC funding.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve helped thousands of women rise into senior leadership and executive roles or leave the corporate grind to build profitable, fulfilling companies.
