Shweta, Engineering Manager
For years, I was a high-performing software engineer, but promotions felt out of reach. TrailblazeHers gave me the exact roadmap to step beyond coding and lead. In months, I was promoted to Engineering Manager—now, I lead a team and shape the future of our engineering org.
Rose, Sr. Product Manager
For years, I kept hearing I wasn’t ‘strategic enough’ while others got promoted. After missing three promotions in two years, I felt stuck. TrailblazeHers changed everything. I learned how to think and operate like a senior leader. Now, I’m not just promoted—I’m recognized by our CPO, leading with confidence, and finally getting the career growth I deserve. I only wish I had worked with Bosky sooner.
Ashley, Customer Success Lead
I used to think reducing churn and helping customers see value was enough to get promoted—but it wasn’t. TrailblazeHers taught me how to influence product, engineering, and sales to impact the full customer lifecycle. I went from being seen as a support function to a strategic partner. Now, as Director of Customer Success, I’m leading cross-functional initiatives, shaping AI-strategy for customer growth, and driving both retention and growth.

My inspiration to build TrailblazeHers

I know what it’s like to feel stuck—working hard but still hitting a wall when it comes to leadership roles. To juggle career and life, wondering what it really takes to move up.
I didn’t have a direct path to the top. I worked my way through tech support, account management, customer success, engineering, product, marketing, solutions engineering, and product leadership—each time hitting new barriers, each time learning what actually drives promotions.
And here’s what I learned:
Getting promoted isn’t about working harder—it’s about driving company-wide innovation, thinking like a CxO, and mastering business, technology, and strategic influence.
I built She Trailblazes because I never want another woman to feel overlooked, undervalued, or uncertain about her next step.
This is the program I wish I had—a roadmap to master the skills that get you into the room where decisions are made.
Leadership isn’t just for them. It’s for you. Let’s get you there.
